Around that: a skills catalog that finally organises itself, custom fields on time entries, and a kiosk pass you carry on your phone.

Recruiting Inbox and Compensation Reviews

This month flair brings more of your day-to-day into one place. Recruiters get a full candidate email inbox inside the Recruiting app — no more jumping out to a separate mail client — and managers can now run and approve compensation reviews right in the Employee Hub. Add reports you can chart and export, multiple branded Employee Hubs, custom Hub navigation, and a stack of smaller improvements.

Mobile Approvals and Pinned Announcements

This month flair gets more reachable wherever you happen to be. The mobile app picks up real-time push notifications and the ability to act on approval requests straight from your phone, and Company Announcements get a long-awaited pin-to-top behaviour plus more reliable acknowledgement tracking. Plus folders for company documents, kiosk login by face scan, and a handful of smaller improvements.

Our new Compensation Rules feature streamlines how you manage employee compensation across your organization. Other updates include mobile app and shift planner improvements.
